Great Litter Boxes and Service

Great communication. Boxes shipped and arrived quickly. We love these litter boxes, we now have 4, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs and they really help keep the house smelling clean and make changing the litter extremely easy. We bought 2 first to give them a try and just had to replace the other 2 old school boxes with these. Much recommended!

Product came in quickly

Product came in quickly, setup was a breeze, 2 cats immediately jumped in after the initial leveling. It went through its cycle and stopped when another cat stuck his head in the unit...then proceeded to finish. My only problem is getting the Wi-Fi to load, but I'll contact customer service next week. Right now we are deciding on ordering another one.

Great service fast shipping

Favorite robot litter box I have had yet!

I am a Persian breeder and also have a bengal as of now 5 cats total in home and also have a bengal we have tried multiple litter box robotic and not! This is by far the best one easy set up, gives you real time updates, weight of the cat, and extra safety features! Will be getting two more! KB’S BELOVED PERSIAN CATTERY approves and so do all my fur babies!! Highly recommend!!

Great start!

Ordering process was easy. Received an incredible Black Friday discount, which was easy to apply. Shipping was quick. First instructions were printed on the box, but the quick set up guide and owners manual was located within the first few steps. Very easy to put together and start using. The app is straight forward and has nice features.
